The Board of Supervisors of the University Village Community Development District will hold their meetings at the offices of Miromar Development Corporation, 10801 Corkscrew Road, Suite 305, Estero, Florida 33928 at 11:30 a.m. , two to three times per year on the 2nd Thursday of the month.

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. There will be a speaker telephone available so that any interested person can attend the meeting and be fully informed of the discussions taking place.
Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (239) 690-7100 at least three calendar days prior to the meeting.
Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that they will need a record of the proceedings and they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
